Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.

What counts as a "server"?

A server is any machine running the InfraCaptain agent. This includes VPS, cloud instances, bare metal servers, or containers running as hosts.

What happens if I exceed my server limit?

We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier or remove servers to stay within your plan. We won't cut off monitoring without warning.

Is there really a free trial?

Yes, all plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. We want you to experience InfraCaptain before committing.

How does expert help billing work?

Expert help hours are billed monthly. Unused hours roll over based on your plan tier. We track time in 15-minute increments. You're only charged for actual assistance time, not for the monitoring platform itself (that's separate).

Can I use InfraCaptain without expert help?

Absolutely! InfraCaptain monitoring is a complete product on its own. Expert help is entirely optional for teams that want on-demand assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Annual Enterprise plans can be invoiced. Wire transfers available for annual contracts over $10,000.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. Your data will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
