Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the InfraCaptain platform and services (“Services”). InfraCaptain is owned and operated by Coreway Solution (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using InfraCaptain, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InfraCaptain, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

InfraCaptain provides monitoring and analytics services including:

  • Server and system monitoring
  • Website uptime monitoring
  • Alerts and notifications
  • AI-based insights
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Integrations and APIs

3. Read-Only Monitoring Platform

  • InfraCaptain operates strictly as a read-only monitoring system
  • We do not modify or change your servers
  • We do not execute commands on your infrastructure
  • We do not delete or alter any files on your systems
  • All recommendations are advisory only
  • Users are solely responsible for implementing actions

4. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintain security of login credentials
  • All activity under your account is your responsibility
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Ensure legal authorization to monitor servers

5. Free Plans

  • Free plans are provided at our discretion
  • Free plan availability may change at any time
  • Features may be limited
  • No lifetime free access guaranteed
  • AI and premium integrations excluded
  • Eligibility determined solely by InfraCaptain

6. Paid Subscriptions

  • Paid features available only while subscription is active
  • Pricing and features may change with notice
  • Continued use means acceptance of changes

7. Billing, Non-Payment & Suspension

Suspension After Non-Payment

  • If payment is not received within 3 days of the due date, access to all paid features will be automatically suspended.

Free Plan After Suspension

  • After suspension, access may be limited to free-plan features only if the account qualifies and is eligible under current free-plan rules.
  • If the account does not qualify for the free plan,no dashboards, monitoring data, or features will be accessible until payment is completed.
  • Eligibility for free access is determined solely by InfraCaptain and may change at any time.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

  • After suspension due to non-payment, monitoring data will be retained for a maximum of 30 days from the original due date.

If payment is not received within 30 days, we may permanently delete:

  • Monitoring logs
  • Metrics and analytics
  • Alerts history
  • Dashboard configurations
  • AI-generated insights

Important Clarification

  • No data on user servers is ever deleted or modified by InfraCaptain.
  • Only data stored within the InfraCaptain platform may be removed.

9. AI Features & Token Usage

  • AI features are advisory tools only
  • Token/quota-based usage system
  • Usage shown in dashboard
  • AI outputs are not guaranteed accurate
  • AI models/providers may change anytime
  • Free plans may not include AI tokens

10. Access to Data for Suspended Accounts

  • Access to dashboards and processed monitoring data is part of paid services
  • If an account is suspended due to non-payment, these features may remain unavailable
  • Users retain the right to request deletion of personal data
  • We are not obligated to provide unpaid users with premium data exports or analytics

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Service provided “AS IS”
  • No liability for business losses
  • No liability for downtime or data loss
  • No liability for decisions based on alerts or AI
  • No consequential damages

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment
  • Abuse of services
  • Policy violations
  • Security concerns

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
